Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the Site) and any services provided through it, including searchable listings of server hosting services, user-submitted reviews, and links to third-party providers. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to the Site’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
- 1. Definitions and scope
- We means the operator of the Site. You means any visitor to or user of the Site. Registered user means a person who has created an account on the Site. Contributor means a person who posts or submits user content to the Site. User content means any text, images, files, or other material submitted by a Contributor. These Terms apply to all users, including non-logged-in users and registered users, and govern your use of the Site. The Site’s Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
- 2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register an account, post product reviews, or upload documents. Browsing the Site, searching for products, and following links to third-party websites does not require an account. When you register an account you must provide a username and a password; the username is publicly displayed on any content you post. Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity under their accounts.
- 3. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
- You must not use the Site to post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, pornographic, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. Contributors must not post false or misleading statements of fact about identifiable persons or entities, impersonate others, or post incentivised or paid reviews without clear disclosure. You must not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, bypass security measures, or access data you are not authorized to access. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
- 4. Contributor warranties and license
- By submitting User content, Contributors warrant that: (a) they own or control the rights necessary to post it; (b) to the Contributor’s knowledge the content is truthful and, where applicable, based on the Contributor’s personal experience; and (c) the content does not violate any law or third-party right. Contributors grant the Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute User content for the purpose of operating the Site.
- 5. Uploads of proofs, moderation, and takedown
- Uploads of documents that prove your purchase of a service (for example, invoices or screenshots) are accepted to confirm eligibility to post a service review. Contributors must redact any sensitive payment data before upload. Uploads are used solely for verification and abuse prevention and are retained only for the periods described in the Privacy Policy. The Site uses automated screening and may perform human review for flagged items. We reserve the right to remove, refuse, or edit User content at our discretion. If you believe content is unlawful or defamatory, send a takedown request to the contact in Section 13 including the URL, a description of the content, the reasons you believe it is unlawful, and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 business days and will act where required by law. If content is removed, the Contributor may submit an appeal within 14 days of removal; we will review appeals and respond within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days). Appeals are handled at our discretion and may not always result in reinstatement.
- 6. Cookies and third-party links
- The Site’s practices regarding cookies, persistent sign-in, and saved preferences are described in the Site’s Privacy Policy. By using the Site you agree to the terms set out in that Policy.
- 7. Data retention and privacy cross-reference
- We retain moderation records, webserver logs, and automated decision logs for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy (for example, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and legal defense). Retention periods are set to balance operational needs and privacy; see the Privacy Policy for specific durations and for details on how personal data is handled on account suspension or deletion. The Site does not sell personal data and will disclose personal data only where required by law or to protect legal rights.
- 8. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Site and its operators, affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your User content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
- 9. Limitation of liability and disclaimer
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its operators provide the Site and services "as is" and disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Site's content, User content, or third-party sites linked from the Site. In no event will the Site or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from User content. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
- 10. Suspension, termination, changes
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or delete your account for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or at our discretion. Termination does not necessarily delete User content immediately; some content or logs may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy for legal defense or compliance. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- 11. Dispute resolution and contact
- Before initiating formal proceedings, send a written notice to baldiniebaldini@gmail.com with (1) your name and contact details, (2) a short description of the dispute, (3) relevant dates, and (4) the remedy you seek. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved within 30 days, through mediation. If mediation fails, either party may pursue any available remedies in a competent court or, where both parties agree in writing, by arbitration administered in accordance with mutually agreed rules. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable rights afforded to consumers by applicable law.
- 12. Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force. Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
