- Technical data: webserver logs (which may include IP addresses, user agent, and timestamps) and session identifiers for logged-in users;

- Email addresses: collected only if you voluntarily provide them to receive product restock or price-drop notifications or to use other optional features.

Uploaded proofs are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Webserver logs are retained for approximately 14 days, subject to reasonable operational variation. Automated decision logs are retained for up to 12 months for auditing and troubleshooting.

- The Site uses automated screening tools (for example, word blacklists, stemmers, and heuristics) to detect spam, profanity, and policy violations. Automated screening may result in immediate non-publication or rejection of a submission. The Site performs lightweight human review for a subset of flagged items. We log automated decisions (timestamp, rule triggered, content snapshot) and webserver logs for diagnostics and abuse prevention. If you believe an automated decision was made in error you may submit an appeal to baldiniebaldini@gmail.com. Appeals are handled at the Site’s discretion and may not always receive manual review.
